Malaysian Alumni Chapter Feasibility Survey

Public Relations ub)alumni

The University of Ballarat values the unique feedback and perpectives of its alumni community. Your feedback plays a vital role in helping the University grow and continue to be responsive and relevant.

Please take a moment to complete the survey below. It should take no longer than 5 - 10 minutes, the results from which will be used to help assess the feasiblity of forming an alumni chapter in Malaysia. All responses will be held strictly confidential.

The survey may be completed online at www.ballarat.edu.au/alumni. Alternatively, completed hardcopy surveys may be returned via Nick Banderas, Program Manager, Unity College or faxed to +61 3 5327 9855.
